Erica Neal & David White both come from traditional financial planning backgrounds. David worked as a stockbroker and erica specialized in retirement planning and pension plans. Multiple experiences on each side began to expose issues within the traditional systems that prevent individual clients from achieving true prosperity. Both David and Erica left their original companies to partner on an individual platform allowing them to utilize multiple fortune 500 companies and choose each one as the need for specific client needs. 

With both David and Erica having interest and shallow background in real estate investing, they each began diving into that world more in their own financial lives. The interest grew into a passion and a true belief that real estate is how true prosperity and cash flow is built. They decided to partner with one another and their shares beliefs to launch a firm that not only encourages but enhances real estate investing.
