On today's episode Erica Perez joins us to candidly chat about making art as a kid in Bushwick and eventually becoming an animator and eventually directing. Erica was an Animation Director on Netflix's Tuca & Bertie starring Tiffany Haddish & Ali Wong, and SyFy's Magical Girl Friendship Squad. She was also an animator on an Emmy Award Winning Broad City episode "Mushrooms" for Comedy Central, Showtime's Our Cartoon President, Netflix's The Midnight Gospel, and The Bleacher Report's Hero Ball.
