Episode 003 – Erica Stanley is the founder of the Atlanta chapter of Women Who Code. In less than four years she has built the chapter into one of the ten largest Women Who Code chapters in the world. Erica started out in tech as a front-end developer. Over time she transitioned into being a team leader and then eventually started her own consulting practice. Today she is the Engineering Manager for SalesLoft in Atlanta, Georgia.
