Erika is the Vice President, Community and Social Responsibility of @DetroitPistons where she leads a team that coordinates the philanthropic initiatives of the Pistons and their players in the local community. 

Previously, Erica served as the Manager of Community Relations for the Golden State @Warriors and before that, served as the Director of Community Relations, Operations and the President of the Sky Cares Foundation for the Chicago Sky (@chicagosky) (@wnba) 

Erika began her career by interning at marketing and promotions departments of different Chicago radio stations and later an agency, which cultivated her local community building abilities. A combination of God’s grace, exceptional work ethic, authentic relationship building and a deep heart for basketball and the local community have equipped Erika to be one of the most trusted and admired community advocates and stewards for a professional sports franchise.
