Erika is a dynamic young entrepreneur whose brand of blow dry salons Glam+Go has become the fastest-growing salon chain in the country, doubling in size in 2018. Erika, a former standup comedian and TV host, has turned the traditional blow dry bar model on its head: partnering with hospitality and fitness venues, she developed a service menu of 30-minutes-or-less traditional blowouts and 15-minutes or less dry blowouts, giving women great hair where they need it most.
