Erika is the owner and stylist of 108 & Main Salon located at 18700 Main Street, Huntington Beach, CA. Even as a young kid, she knew that she wanted to work in the beauty industry and she enrolled in the ROP program at her high school. When she came out of beauty school, she worked as an assistant and continued to do grunt work until eventually became the owner of her own salon. She shares her story as well as the lessons she learned along the way to not only make her a better stylist, but a better human being.
