Erin Williams joins our guest host Jamie Brickhouse on the Sober Podcast today. She is a full-time writer and illustrator who’s been sober since 2011. She was raised by alcoholics and always knew what she was. Her drinking had consequences early (and often). She wrote and illustrated a graphic novel (Commute: An Illustrated Memoir of Female Shame, 2019) about confronting all of the shame and trauma of having been in so many bad sexual situations while drinking, and the sort of grey area between consent and assault when you're wasted.
