With academic roots in History, Ecology, and Theravada Buddhism (BA Hons & MA) and over a decade in NGO reproductive health work, Araminta blends 25+ years of exploring global healing modalities and esoteric wisdom. Her work in "spiritual sexual shamanism" integrates Tantra, Sacred Sexuality, Shamanism, Breathwork, Yoga, and shadow integration to awaken human potential. At the core of her teachings is radical self-acceptance and the sacred union of love and power, guiding humanity toward liberated, heart-centered living.
