*Thank you to everyone for reporting this. We've corrected the issue with the Resurgence medal going forward, and have restarted medal distribution for all agents. In the coming weeks, we'll update the Resurgence medal to reflect the correct medal tier based on the agent's original Access Level. For example, if an agent is Level 12 and received the gold medal meant for Level 13-14 agents, then their Resurgence medal will be updated to reflect the correct silver medal tier. We will not be downgrading or down-leveling agents who inadvertently leveled up because of this issue. Thank you.
