I love when I walk away from an interview with an epiphany that the host initiates - I receive it with my heart wide open and perceive it as such a gift. 

This happened in my latest conversation with Stephan Neff, for his podcast "Steps to Sobriety".  It was a slow-motion moment that would have had fireworks and violins playing if it was a Hollywood movie - suddenly the steps I took after Rob died all made even more sense...
