Former polygamist , Ceci Hendrickson, talks publicly for the first time about her experience being raised in a FLDS cult, run by Warren Jeffs. She talks about her experience being raised in the isolated town of Short Creek, her childhood with multiple mothers, being in an arranged marriage at 16, the tension between herself and the other wives.   

She then takes us on the journey of forbidden love, being exiled from her community, being homeless and pregnant, and fighting to be reunited with her children. Her story is heartbreaking and empowering all at once.
