This week Shift Beers cosplays as Cincy Brewcast as we take the show on the road to the Esoteric Brewing pint night at Jungle Jim's International Market in Fairfield. This show was shorter than normal, extremely chaotic, but amazingly fun. (We really need to use headphones next time so we can hear ourselves and not talk over each other) We chat with Brian Jackson CEO/Co-Founder/Head Brewer and our friend Anique Thomas Assistant Brewer at Esoteric Brewing. We ask them to pick their favorite Esoteric beer, get Brian's craft beer origin story and talk about whether a lunch/dinner meal is dunch or linner.
