Previously, she was the face of Sports Illustrated’s premium digital series, Laces Out, and served as a co-host of Uninterrupted and The SpringHill Company’s weekly basketball and culture podcast Certified Buckets. 

However, it’s not all sports talk on this week’s episode, it’s Ashley’s honest take on her experience turning 30 that sparks conversations about Solar Returns, maintaining your identity in the workplace, and the importance of never giving up on your dreams- no matter how long it takes.
