Her professional background is 15 years of experience in technology. She has built products, digital services and delivered multi-national programmes across many continents.
Now she leads Digital Transformation programmes in the public and private sectors helping organisations and teams improve their ways of working, apply user-centred approach and achieve desired business outcomes through innovative technology solutions.
She manages senior stakeholder relationships helping them define and communicate strategic objectives and empowers teams to deliver value to the users/customers quickly and often.
In her free time, Iwona is a regular speaker at Agile & DevOps conferences, Agnostic Agile member and event organiser, trainer, and mentor within the Women in Tech Mentoring Programme.
