We're so glad to be back bringing on this new season!  This next season is titled "Open Season" our hope for this season is to talk about anything & everything, hopefully not only "targetting" couples--but also anyone in general. We want this to feel like it's just you and two friends chatting & having some coffee!

I'm excited to take over again, Nico is busy this week and I have a little extra time on my hands because I'm doing online school for this week... and we're getting married this week... what the? Hey guys, Val here! 

I'm super excited to be doing this episode, honestly it was so so much fun to talk about these meaningful and heartfelt things. It's super important to me to bring awareness to real-life everyday things that happen everyday. I will most likely be doing a part 2, with a lot of more information and detailed talk. This was only touching the basics on how toxic social media, society, and wedding standards can truly be. 

My whole message was really to just do what YOU want, in the sense of your wedding, and how you envision it. Loving yourself and changing or accepting yourself for how you are even though it's hard.
