Episode 50 is about Preconceived Subconscious Prejudices (or P.S.P. for short) and the ways we can come off judgemental or prejudice without intending to or knowing that we are. I’m going to point out a couple of common examples I notice, and see if we can teach ourselves to be a little bit more aware.

Episode 49 is dedicated to the Services I want to give to my Child to Protect, nuture and encourage her in the world she is growing into. I'm jumping off of a couple springboards to get there, mainly being experiences with my child and my own parents, but the conversation and information is for everyone.

I want to do a life update with you guys and take a quick step back from topics and recaps just to catch you up on what's coming up, what’s going on, and new developments with me and the show.

I'm finally sitting down and recording this recap I've had written for days. I apologize but that featurism episode had to happen like NOW!! With that being said, This episode is we're heading all the way south to talk about the season 3 premiere of Love and HipHop Miami. Trina is grieving the loss of her mother while Julian is spending her production budget. Trick Daddy has a new restaurant and a new girlfriend, but still can't let go of his old wife. Amara has a new man but is about to have deal with some of her old issues and even more of her manager's old skeletons. And Shay is drawing a fine line on loyalty, before the tea can even be spilled.

I was supposed to be recording my recap of the season 3 premiere of Love and HipHop Miami... BUT.... This episode is going to be about the discrimination through featurism that was displayed toward Ari Lennox, and Teyana Taylor and moreover Blue Ivy! I'm taking this episode to have a reflective moment about the direction of this podcast.
