As a young man, Matt had pursued the pleasures of the world to fill up the โGod-sizedโ hole in his heart. When lovingly confronted with theย question from a friend,ย โDo you have joy?โ, he came face to faceย with the reality that his life was empty. Matt shares howย hisย relationship with Jesus Christ transformed him radically. We also discuss how following Jesus closely can have its ups and downs and what we can do to keep pressing on in the journey.
Matt has served as Lead Pastor in the States for 8 years before moving to Bangkok. Matt Holds BA in New Testament Studies and MA in Church History.ย Heโs been married to Bobbi Jo for almost 13 years and they have two kids, Lexi and Jude.ย He currently serves as the Teaching Pastor at Tairomprakhun Bangkok Church.
He loves spending time with family, the outdoors, and rocking out to a band called Phish.
