Just what I needed!
Perfect, easy to read guide for using essential oils when you suffer from allergies from various sources. This is pretty much the only guide you'll need. 50 of the best essential oils are selected and explained here and I found it so helpful. I'll definitely keep this as a resource for my homeopathic/natural health library! Concise but needed!

This book is a good starting point for your essential oil education...
My son is beset with allergies and my wife and I are trying to find natural treatments. I ran across this book in my research and it gave us ideas for some of the specific allergies that he has. Weâll be picking up some of these oils and trying them on him. I would say that this book gives a well-rounded view of how to treat certain allergies with essential oils. Prior to reading this book figuring out which oils to use for what seemed daunting, but after reading this text I feel clear about which oils to buy and for what purpose. Overall, the book was a good start to my education.
