I love that when it shares a recipe
I love that when it shares a recipe, it often will give you several versions with slightly different ingredients so you can choose that one that best suits your needs, your preference in smell, or what ingredients you have on hand. It includes many different areas such as rollerballs, lotions, creams, cleaners, bedroom desires, and safe for kids, etc. It also includes vital information on vita flex points with a chart for hands and feet, carrier oil information, safety info, etc. When I find books that I might be interested in an amazon for free, I go ahead and grab them to look at later. I have gotten a lot of books that way, and this is one of them. I can update this review after I have had time to actually read through the book and make an informed opinion. So stay tuned. This book is a must have for everyone who uses essential oils. Great recipes for everyone in your home! I use this book almost daily. It's a great resource for beginners, and longtime Young Living users.

This useful book also improves circulation, while calming anxiety and relieving tension. I liked this introductory book about the many ways to incorporate essential oils into your daily living. The versatility & optional ways to use the more common oils are discussed. Good reference book. Easily read in an evening or two.

Good book! Essential oils are useful for infants, help to improve the appetite. Great recipes for weight loss and aroma blends. I would definitely recommend this book for anyone that is unsure of how to use oils or even a practiced pro. The essential oils and the different ways in which they can be utilized to treat the different ailments on our bodies. It explains what oils to use, how to use them and also cautions what not to do. purchased it!
The only E.O. book I actually finished!
This is the first book on essential oils that I've actually fully read. I've always wanted to get into using essential oils and this has been the perfect guide so far for me. After reading this book it's really opened up my eyes to all the ways essential oils can be used. This book is well written, easy to follow, and goes into depth when necessary. Definitely recommended

I actually really enjoy this book. I must say it is highly research, well structured and written book with lots of valuable and interesting information about Essential Oils. You can feel that author knows a lot about this topic, and writes from her personal experience.
