Risk is a fact of life and a big part of business. As we all know, risk and reward move in tandem, higher reward brings higher risk, but going for the golden ring every time isn’t a sustainable business strategy.

That’s where risk management comes in and that’s what we’re going to talk about today. Later this month, ACEC will present an intensive eight-week online program on risk management for engineering firms, and we have the two primary instructors in that course here with us today to talk about risk management.
