Dr. Cat Gardner was a girl from Grimsby, who wasn't a straight A student, but now has a PhD in Physics and bags of experience to be able to command authority with her expertise amongst her 90% male-dominated team at Rolls-Royce. I'd say she's empowered. She opens up to us about her career journey and the personal development she has embarked upon to boost her confidence and pride in who she is today, because that didn't come with her achievements.
