[ENG] What an honor to play this closing set! I went all out with you during the four days of the festival, and all throughout the adventure, I kept imagining this set, it evolved alongside everything we experienced. I wanted it to reflect the days and nights spent here: new friendships, tons of fooling around, lots of color, something comforting and nostalgic, a giant box of sour candy, and endless hugs.

So I drew inspiration from very recent sounds : my own psyfunk tracks (and the GOATs who do it way better than me) as well as going way back to the days when I first got into hardtek. And in the middle of all that, you'll also find some super guilty-pleasure club tracks.

Note that I didn't record the set live at the time, so I re-recorded it in September. I would have preferred to share the original version with you, but all too often, we forget to hit record when it matters most. Either way, this moment will stay etched in my memory, and so many of you came back to chat with me about this set that it’s a real pleasure to share it again to relive a bit of that summer lightness.

This track is a remix of a very hidden gem by Mister Monk from Netherlands. His send me the track because Mister Monk wanted to stop music, and his friends wants to support him, give him a boost so he continues music. I liked the track so much that I did a remix and asked him if he wanna re-release it's original mix on my label Trancemutations, so here it is, check the original track it's a crazy good, raw, funky trance piece of music ! Listen to the original mix here : https://soundcloud.com/trancemutations/mister-monk-skulduggery

hey music lovers, this mix marks the start of a new approach in my DJing journey, as I experiment with blending trance and psy with the influences that shaped me in my early days as an electronic music enthusiast. It feels so good to bring together different colors of music that aren’t always meant to fit, and connect them within the same recording : deep house, psy, ebm, minimal techno, dark prog... I hope you enjoy this journey as much as I enjoyed creating it.

the set is also available on video : https://youtu.be/vrNhL-_VMcI

this mix is designed to match the power of the sun during hot summers !!! Most of the tracks were produced between 2003 and 2009. They fall under the full-on psytrance category, meaning they feature more prominent melodies than traditional psychedelic trance, with a strong focus on dancefloor energy and drive.
