Mordecai Requests Queen Esther’s Help. Esther is a type of Jesus; she intercedes and steps in harm's way in order to save her people, the Jews (i.e. Israel means overcomer). Esther overcomes fear and adversity and resolves herself to her fate, no matter what happens.
