A peasant girl with little to nothing becomes the wife of a king. She is brought into a life of great luxury and riches, but soon this new Queen discovers she is instrumental in the salvation of her entire people. She becomes a hero.

This story has everything: love, deceit, drama, life threatening danger and a gag or two. However, it's what Esther accomplishes that makes this story so good and why she will be celebrated by her people for years to come.
