The Book of Esther is one of (3) Books written outside the promised land: Daniel, Ezekiel, and Esther. God is never mentioned in this book, but God’s presence is evident all throughout, watching over Esther.
This is a story of a Jewish community in the Persian Empire, Esther as one of the exiles became the Queen. We get to see Haman's plot to kill all the Jews. How God placed Esther "for such a time as this" to protect the Jews. As decreed by Mordecai, till today, the Jews celebrates "Purim" commemorating Israel's survival. God elects and God is faithful.
We hope you enjoyed this study and see the hand of a Wonderful God, and this is a Beautiful book about Him!
