Are you crashing into the waves head first, or are you willing to take your foot of the gas, slow down, and look around to see where your actually going vs where you want to be? Future expansion and past reduction, is it all the same? Is it happening at the same time? Are you changing everything at once? Slow down and stop beating yourself up.
