Let’s discuss the art of Manipulation Manipulation the act of controlling someone or something to gain an advantage. Manipulators used tactics such as(influencing others, lying, guilt tripping, gaslighting). Manipulation can damage the emotional and mental well being of the victims, which can leave them confused, insecure & powerless. Manipulation can be detected with these signs(inconsistency, lack of accountability, blame shifting, isolation and pressure).
