Ethan White is a Masters of Environtmental Management student at Western State Colorado University and a Peace Core veteran. He spoke with Alan about his masters project to begin to tell the story of what it means to live in a mountain community and how mountain communities around the globe have a similar theme and in what ways we can use that information for development.
