So I recorded my thoughts and heartbreak to encourage those out there who are battling similar thoughts and who are in need of encouragement to ask for help.

Today I was also in a very dark place, having intrusive thoughts and extremely low mood; my thoughts drifted to suicide and self harm regularly throughout the day.
