This week eTown continues our ‘look back’ at stellar shows from our archives, with a rebroadcast from 2016 featuring legendary guitarist, composer and long-time friend of the show Bill Frisell. Bill shares music from his collection of recordings inspired by television and film. Also joining us is independent folk artist Sam Amidon, who grew up in a musical household and began performing at an early age. This show features a special acoustic duo version of the group consisting of Alynda Segarra and accompanying guitarist Johnny Wilson. Sharing the stage is Peter One, originally from Africa and now located in Nashville. Nick also has a sit down with members of the Green Grad Buffs who share their ideas about re-purposing a defunct coal-fired power plant in Denver.
