EU DAC6 Mandatory Reporting by Intermediaries – it hasn't gone away

They ask the question whether some companies such as finance and investment advisers to EU based commercial transactions are fully aware of their DAC6 reporting obligations as intermediaries, particularly given a recent European Court ruling.
