Ireland's two finalists in the men's 5000 metres have been enthusing about their European Championships experience in Munich.

Brian Fay of Raheny Shamrock came eighth, while European cross-country silver-medallist Darragh McElhinney of UCD and Glengarriff was 16th.

Fay is keen to keep competing in front of huge crowds like the ones seen in Munich, as he's told Will Downing.
