Spencer, head coach of the girls team, and Sean, head coach of the boys team, share their journey into coaching and what drives their passion for the sport. From building a competitive program to leading by example, both coaches talk about how they still train alongside their athletes — pushing through personal injuries while continuing to show what it takes to compete.
