Eva Kiss Joins Indie Tea Talk! Honest Songwriting, Faith & New Music
Welcome to another episode of the Indie Tea Talk Podcast. This time, we’re joined by Eva Kiss, a Leeds based songwriter creating deeply personal music shaped by lived experience, emotional honesty, and social reflection.
Eva began writing songs at just 11 years old, using music as a way to navigate bullying, family conflict, and questions around faith. Raised in a musical household and influenced by artists such as Queens of the Stone Age, Alanis Morissette, and Fiona Apple, Eva has developed a sound that is raw, thoughtful, and grounded in truth.
Since performing solo from the age of 12, Eva has gone on to release her debut EP Everything Is All I Am in 2024, play standout shows across Leeds and beyond, and secure Youth Music’s Next Gen Fund to support her upcoming EP, scheduled for release in summer 2026. Her latest work leans further into social commentary and visual storytelling, working closely with filmmaker Curt Pagsanghan to build a wider world around her music.
