I sit down with Kushal Mehra and Abhijit Iyer-Mitra to discuss and evaluate Modi's economic package, meant to revitalize the economy and help India fight the coronavirus crisis. We discuss the massive opportunity ahead of India due to the world's suspicion of and anger at China. I also ask them what Modi means by the "atmanirbhar Bharat" campaign, and how well his government is going to execute this package given the state of India's bureaucracy and babudom.
