During the interview, Evan talks about how he had never envisioned himself in the position he is now but how specific experiences through his life lead him here. 

When asked about how he is handling the pandemic,Evan’s stimulating response was that as a leadership coach, he has to adapt and look for new ways to impact the people and the organizations with which he is working. 

So, he tries new things consistently and goes through many failures along the way.Nonetheless, Evan makes sure to learn from these failures to adjust and adapt according to some of the new opportunities out there.
