On the evening of July 3rd, a possible unrecorded meeting was held at the one of one Thomas Jefferson with his committee to ensure the Declaration of Independence was ready to be presented on July 4th, 1776.  An unexpected visitor and relevant figure of history stops by to try and stop the birth of a dream.
