On today's episode, we talk about the advent season. Regardless of when you begin to celebrate Christmas each year, we can all agree that it's December 1st and it’s Christmas time. Today we are going to talk about expectations even in the waiting and inviting Jesus into whatever you are going through. Shayla shares a real-life example of how she encouraged our daughter by inviting Jesus into the worry.

Advent simply means arrival. The arrival of something. The arrival of Jesus as a baby born in a manger. However, we can also anticipate the arrival of Jesus in our everyday. The anticipation of Jesus. The expectation of Jesus. Jesus has moved in the past, he will move again.
