There is a rumor going around that only people who have experienced horrific trauma or a not-so wonderful upbringing are the ones who need or seek support mentally, emotionally, spiritually, financially, or physically. That is simply not true.

Every single person on the planet could benefit from support of some type when it comes to our overall health, well-being, and way of living.
