Moscow was hit by at least eight drones, and as many as twenty five, launched by Ukraine after a barrage of Russian drones attacked Kyiv Sunday. Ukraine was coy with their response, not taking responsibility but predicting more such events in the future. FOX's Eben Brown spoke with Dr. Matthew Schmidt, University of New Haven Associate Professor of 'National Security and Political Science' and former professor of the 'Army’s Command and General Staff College', about what a strike on Moscow means to Ukrainians and where the war could be heading now.
