Also, new satellite images show Iran looks to be building a new underground nuclear facility and Israel again reiterates their intentions of never letting their biggest enemy develop a bomb. The Biden administration said they will delay their proposed menthol cigarette ban until after the 2024 election. The Food and Drug Administration has attempted to ban the product several times before; however, increased pressure from Big Tobacco and certain members of Congress has delayed the move in the past. 
Research shows that Black Americans prefer menthol cigarettes to regular ones, and many feel that a ban will hurt the community. 
Former Surgeon General Dr. Jerome Adams joined FOX News Rundown host Dave Anthony days after the announcement to weigh in on the debate over banning the flavored cigarette. 
Dr. Adams, who favors the ban, explained why menthol cigarettes are much harder to quit than regular ones, why minority groups prefer them, and why young Americans gravitate toward e-cigarettes.

From Washington: Secretary Blinken Urges Ceasefire

While many pro-Palestinian protests across the country called for a ceasefire in Gaza, there were demonstrators who preached hatred and messages of anti-Semitism. This spurred House Republicans to pass a bill adopting a more fleshed-out definition of anti-Semitism from the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance. The bill passed; however, some Democrats and Republicans who voted against the measure say it could infringe upon free speech. Journalist and author Batya Ungar-Sargon talks about why the bill had detractors and what impact it could really have on Americans’ free speech.

Crackdown On Campus Chaos

Both law enforcement and government officials are warning that there are groups of outside agitators that are pushing the protests towards violence. There are also reports that left-wing activist groups are the ones supplying protestors with funding and direction to operate the protests.    

FOX's John Saucier speaks with Madison Alworth, FOX Business Network correspondent reporting from New York University, who says there is evidence that various activist groups are funding the protests, even paying the protestors to agitate.
