An Unconventional Election Year

The United States State Department is being sued by a pair of conservative media outlets, along with the state of Texas, for what they perceive as illegal censorship. The lawsuit includes outlets like 'The Federalist' and 'The Daily Wire' who say the State Department uses censorship technology to steer traffic away from their news sites redirecting audiences to sites more favorable to opposing views.

Evening Edition: Conservative Media Outlets Sue State Dept. Over Allegations of Censorship

Adult film star Stormy Daniels returns to the New York courtroom today after graphically detailing her 2006 encounter with former President Donald Trump earlier this week. This trial is the first of four to take place this year, and Trump is charged with falsifying records in the repayments he made to his then-lawyer, Michael Cohen, who paid Daniels to keep her story quiet. On the Rundown, New York criminal defense attorney Jonna Spilbor shares why it's not illegal to defend your reputation and why Stormy Daniels' testimony is irrelevant to the case.

The 2024 race is filled with more than just the presidential election. High-profile Senate and House seats are up for grabs this year, with the Maryland Senate race being one of the closely followed contests. Is The Hush Money Case Against President Trump Falling Apart?

President Biden this week said his administration's support for Israel is 'ironclad' but at the same time it does not agree with the military operation that has begun in the Gazan city of Rafah. The IDF is calling their mission in Rafah a 'precise counterterrorism operation' in Rafah. Meanwhile, ceasefire negotiations have resumed with the United States, Egypt and Qatar continuing their efforts to close the gaps in a possible agreement.

The Israeli Defense Force began its ground offensive in Rafah this week after ceasefire negotiations could not be reached between Israel and Hamas. President Biden has continued to reiterate his "ironclad" support for Israel, while also calling out the civilian deaths that are on the rise in Gaza. Hamas still cannot confirm how many hostages remain alive as negotiations persist. FOX News Foreign Correspondent Trey Yingst joins the Rundown to discuss what he has seen from reporting on the ground in Gaza, how Israelis are reacting to anti-Israel protests on college campuses in the U.S., and what ongoing ceasefire negotiations have revealed about a potential three-phase deal.

Was it divine intervention or just sheer luck? Pennsylvania pastor Glenn Germany walked away unscathed following an unusual attack during routine Sunday services over the weekend. The pastor stared down the barrel of a gun during his sermon after twenty-six-year-old Bernard Polite claimed God told him to enter Jesus' Dwelling Church and kill him. The suspect also fled the scene of an earlier homicide where he murdered his relative. The commotion was live streamed on the church's Facebook page, leaving parishioners stunned. Germany joins the Rundown to talk about Sunday's incident and how it brought him to be closer to God.
