Darkness never hid from God's sight. That's terrifying for the guilty, but it's a comfort for the child of God. The darkness of trouble, of sleepless nights, of depression — God sees through it all. You won't fear the terror by night or the arrow that flies by day because the Lord is your keeper. Even when walking through the valley of the shadow of death, you fear no evil because He is with you.
