One word—her name—and Mary knew the voice. The Shepherd calls His own sheep by name, and that personal call is the essence of the Gospel. The risen Lord speaks your name with the same intimacy He spoke Mary's, and He ever lives to intercede for you. The High Priest bears your name on His breastplate before the Father.
