CK police closed Prince Albert Rd between McNaughton Ave E and Gregory Dr for several hours for hydro pole repair. A 15-year-old is facing consequences after police received a call about a bomb on a train headed into Chatham-Kent on New Year's Day. OPP say they caught a Merlin resident going 140 km/h on Highway 40 just north of Chatham on January 1. People are once again being told to make sure their smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are in working order. In 2023, Canada's 100 highest-paid CEOs earned an average of $13.2M.
