It's the year 2047 and human-kind has taken its sweet ass to space. From colonizing on the moon to reaching more distant planets in the solar system, things are looking up. But not all intergalactic explorations end in cotton candy and rainbows. While finally on their way home from a long voyage, Captain Miller (Laurence Fishburne) and his team are given a last-minute mission to investigate the EVENT HORIZON (*input techno metal*), a ship that has suddenly reappeared after mysteriously vanishing a few years ago. Tired and cranky, Miller's little babies are reluctant to take the assignment, but when Sam Neill needs you to do something, you do it. Dr. William Weir explains how the ship can travel between dimensions so it's imperative that they find out where it's been. It's not long after everyone boards the EVENT HORIZON (*input more techno metal!*) that things start getting fucky. And I'm not just talking about the acting. Ohhh!
