In this episode, we're at the one and only Jester King Brewery in Austin, TX - a brewery specializing in sour and wild ales. The sheer size of the brewery alone was impressive, but the beers were on another level. Some were delicate and smooth, others were aggressively tart and complex. No matter which path you went down, you were in for a treat.
