This week we get an InSide look at Adi the Monk. Hailing originally from humble beginnings on the Mississippi River, Adi is a phenomenal guitar player now located in the mountain city of Asheville NC. His stage name “Monk” is more than just something made up.  He was an actual monk for 8 years! On top of all that he also holds a toughman contest title. So epic!
