If you haven't taken a polygraph test before, it's a mind fuck. It's like going through airport security panicking about having a gun when you don't even own one. 

So when I saw a tick tock yesterday and it reminded me of my experience taking a polygraph test and how the narrative of "I'm going to get in trouble" plays in my head DAILY and I just realized it!
