Getting ready for the new year and the new show, I thought I would give you guys a couple extras. Therefore, iPad365 is going to highlight some must-have applications for your iPad. These are apps that have been out a while, but you might not have kept up with what apps are out there.
Evernote for iPad
Evernote is the app that can become your own personal assistant. If you see something you have to remember, put it in Evernote – you’ll have it at your fingertips when you need it.
When I was a kid, my mom had a metal box with all her recipes in it, including the best Goulash and meatloaf. With Evernote, I can catalog that recipe, then have it at my fingertips if I want to make my favorite meatloaf. Heck, if I find a better recipe (which I don’t think will ever happen), I can have them side-by side.
But there is so much more than recipes for this application. Pictures, notes, and much more. I can then access via iPad, iPhone, Android, or computer.
Skitch for iPad
This program has been out for a while, but it finally came out to iPad a couple weeks ago. In Skitch, you can make a visual interpretation instead of trying to explain the item.
For example, if I wanted show someone where I am, I could send them a picture of a map where I added an arrow to determine my location. I could send someone a picture, then circle a color that I like.
It’s a completely visual experience, and works with Evernote.
This is a Free App.
